These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Oregon, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be modified, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tejas Investments regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between you and us.
